There are murals of oral sex on the walls of ancient Pompei and it is described in the Indian Kama Sutra so my guess is that it goes back thousands of years before even these times.....It is not a recent discovery...

There are also a lot of depictions in Asian Cultures of oral sex. It was also believed to be a form of vampyrism, as they believed that, since life can come from ejaculation, that the ejaculate was actually a portion of your life essense.
That was also their explanation for women living slightly longer lives than men. Because their semen was deposited in women.

I think the earliest evidence of it is found in the Bible, in Leviticus 20:13. "If a man lieth with a man as he lieth with a woman..."
That's not definitive on your question, but it refers to either oral or anal sex or both, because it makes no sense otherwise.
