Mike Foley (b. 1954) is a Nebraska state senator from Lincoln, Nebraska in the Nebraska Legislature and a registered appraiser.

Personal life

He was born on April 5, 1954, in Rochester, New York and graduated from Bishop Kearney High School in 1972, the State University of New York at Brockport in 1976, and Michigan State University with an M.B.A. He worked summer in the offices of congressman Michael Harrington. He was the former director of financial analysis for the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and a consultant Kirschner Association. He is married and had six kids and is a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Mark Foley was a member of the House of Representatives from the 16th District of Florida. He was co-chair of the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children (HCMEC).
