Please note, I'm not asking about their effectiveness. I've been using them, and they work. I'm wondering about whether it's bad to use them often (like 3x per week to daily), as far as aspirin absorption into the bloodstream.

I would think they could be dangerous. Aspirin is a anti-coagulant which means it stops the blood from coagulation. That is why the advise people with blood disorders not to take aspirin or ibuprofen. Also people that have hear conditions take this to thin their blood. I am not sure how much is absorbed through the skin but you might ask you physician.
