i am in china how do i vote and hope it counts to get rid of some assholes in DC U.S Citizen

absentee ballot. You have to contact the county clerk in the county which you are registered, I believe.

Write down your vote. Go to a toilet, and flush it down. That is all YOUR vote would be worth.
