Yes, Time does heal everything. I know from experience. Life is too short to dwell on the negative.

I've heard that, but I'm just not sure. I know that the more time that goes by, the less things hurt, but I don't know if some things ever completely heal.

Heal everything? Yes.
Heal quickly? No.
Heal completely? Never.

It does mostly, leaving behind fond memories. And I am lucky to have found love the second time around in this life after my gal died in a car accident. We've been married 25 years and three kids later still feel like we've met only yesterday.
Life's Lovely! Love & Live Life!

TIme doesn't really heal, but it put cause space and distance between us and a hurtful thing that helps us to deal with it better.

i think time can heal ... if there is a process of reflection going on (i.e. you slowly examine what happened and reflect on what went wrong, what you can change etc.)
if you just wait ... then you are not healing, you are just waiting
if you are feeling blocked and can't move on, maybe a therapist might help

Time only heals physical wounds.
As for the rest...it just makes it easier to deal with.

Many things, yes. But a lot of time.
My Dad's death knocked me for a loop for months - I mean I was having trouble functioning - and holidays were awful for years afterward.
It took me about two years to get over my last female friend.
It never "un-happens" - you don't forget - but you can live with it.
Good luck.

No, some things are not going to heal by themselves, they need special care or treatment.
