My daughter's name is Avery.
Yeah, it is common for a male to have that name, but I loved the name. It is different but not so crazy or out there. I get complements on her name quite often. I still love the name Avery I think it is different and I love saying it.
It is kind of hard to think of middle name because I have a Avery and I think of her middle name. Avery Morning Star (It's kind of out there but I like it)
But there are great suggestions out there.

I like the name Avery for a girl, I have a 2 1/2 month old and I named her Ashley Elizabeth. A friend of mine named her daughter Abbigale, Abby for short. For me the ability to shorten a name was the most improtant feature, Avery cannot really be shortened.

I really don't like the name Avery (no offense). Here are the "A" names that I like:
Alyssa
Aubrey
Audrey
Anna (Annabelle)
I guess I won't list every "A" name I can think of, but I really like the name Alyssa. As far middle names, I like the idea of the mother's last name or not having a middle name so that when they get married their last name can become their middle name.

I really like the name Avery; I also like Audrey for a girl. As far as middle names, I love Grace, but it has gotten really popular and might be overused. What about using a family name, something old fashioned? Or maybe your maiden name or another last name that would make the baby's name unique?

Amy Lynn
Aiyana Danae
Abbey Raye
Alexia Rene

Avery sounds pretty, but it reminds me more of a boy, isn't that a character from Murphy Brown? Maybe that's why...
What about Avery Nicole, Avery Skye, or Avery Hope?
Also maybe Arianna, or Ariel (yes, like the little mermaid).
