An abortion is not convenient- in fact after looking in my yellow pages there is not 1 clinic even listed. The cost is prohibitive.
Contraception is far more convenient.

part 2
yes

I believe women should have the right to make decisions about their wombs and their families welfare .

What people don't realize is that even though the pregnancy has been terminated and you don't have that to worry about anymore. You will have guilt and remorse.

No, I have not had one. No, I think only men think it's convenient. It may be the only choice or the best choice in some circumstances. Only people who think in black and white think that it is not difficult. When I had a failed pregnancy and had to have to mass removed before I had a miscarriage, THAT was not convenient. I can't imagine that having an abortion of a viable pregnancy is more convenient! In fact, I think it would be much worse and the effects last for years. It's like people, even doctors, saying that gastric bypass is the "easy way" to loose weight. They don't know much about that, either, if they say such a thing.

I don't know what the cost of an abortion has to do with it's convenience. I suppose if the cost is prohibitive, then it would make the abortion more inconvenient, but cost shouldn't be the only factor to look at when figuring out whether or not abortion is convenient.

No, never. I think when it comes to abortion, you have all kinds of reasons why women have them (birth defects, unplanned pregnancy, rape, incest, not the right time ). I dont think it is a decision that most women that go through it take lightly and I think most of these women suffer emotionally for it, probably the rest of their lives. Of course, there is a small group that uses abortion as birth control and get one every time they get pregnant which I think is quite deplorable. I leave judgment to God. Everyone can make one mistake, repent and be forgiven and my sympathy is with them. But what is up with the people that don't learn from their mistakes or think its all right to get as many abortions as it pleases them? That is plain wrong.
Unless you leave in the jungle, you should know better.

Yes women think it is the most convenient .I don't think that they think much about the repercussions of the aftereffect. for example: quick abortion --a few minutes and everything will be over; maybe no one will know; i won't have to endure a pregnancy; i won't have to miss work, etc. After effect--live with the knowledge you killed a baby for the next 50 years or so.

Well it is obvious that women prefer abortion to changing diapers.

But the real problem is Zippers We can send men into space; but cant invent a zipper that keeps people from making babies.

The #1 cause of abortion, is, was, and always will be the stigma on unwed mothers from the conservative right.

I don't think it is convenient. I think a woman considering or having an abortion needs support and kindness. Not a stigma.

No, I have never had one, even though I look like I am pregnant, I am a guy.

I havent had one but I did accompany someone to the office because here in ct they wont let you go alone. You have to have someone with you. If you have health insurance it just costs your co pay, otherwise it ranges from 400-1000 dollars.Thats just in CT though and there are 3 places to get it done.

no but gfs of mine have
The new abortion pill is about 500 dollars and it makes your body reject the fetus through your vaginal opening..its painful but takes only a few hours..you are up and running by the second day..

An actual abortion is about 200 bux cheaper..is kind of impersonal but is done at an actual facility whereas the pill could be taken at home..
