to many times.... just go for it i did that when i was in europe this summer i had the chance to rapel down a 75ft. castle wall in assisi,italy and and now I regregret not doing that more than anything

Never - I always want to live life to its fullest and there is no gurantee that tomorrow will come so do it when you get the chance the first time.
