What is the best novel that should be made into a movie but hasn't been?

Definetly, "The Dragonlance Chronicles Trilogy" from Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman!!
There's an upcoming animation movie for the first book "Dragons of Atumn Twilight" (2007), but it should be live action. The books are a lot like Lord Of THe Rings, only with a better story, deeper characters and a lot of action!!!

The Numbers Series by Janet Evanovich. I think any of thsoe book or all of them made into movies would be GREAT. Oh and another book by Janet Evanovich "MetroGirl"

well it was already made...but made horribly...
flowers in the attic...but it should be the whole series of books and stay with the story...that would be a sick movie!!
