Walking is the best exercise, but before you do any exercises, ask your family physician first. He or she will be able to tell you what you can and can not do. If you don't have any heart or blood pressure problems or other health problems, you can find a exercise tape on the internet called "Big On Fitness". This tape is not geared for the "Jane Fonda's" out there. This tape is geared to those who are significantly over weight and if you are able to tolerate these exercises every day, you can see and feel positive results in a few months. In conjunction with exercise eating right is also helpful. Ask your doctor about a healthy eating plan.

Good luck to you! I hope you feel better soon! And you will as long as you continue to improve your health both physically and mentally.

Walking is a great start. Be sure that you eat regular meals. Skipping meals does not help lose weight it causes your body to store more of the calories you eat.

Some people think that eating several small meals a day is better as it keeps your metabolism firing all during the day.
