Here we go again, come on Heather, have a heart, of course they can, my daughter is not even 3 feet tall yet and can swim. Speaking of my child, she wouldn't even stoop as low to put people down or talk about short and fat people. Please have some respect.....Aren't you the same girl wanting to know if Fat people can fly.......?
I have a big sense of humor, but not when it comes to hurting others.....

umm,yeah I may not be able to reach the top shelf but in athletics such as swimming I can honestly say I hold my own very well in all fields.Being short has nothing to do with swimming sweetheart.
