Sudsomania is good^^ but if I had to choose between the two that you posted, it would be Kelly's Tap.

I agree with the first answerer.
Kelly's tap sounds like an irish pub, And dipsomania sounds awfully odd. How about pseudomania? Pseudo means false, so fake mania. It's different.
