I hate that as well, I mean, I would like to talk to someone NOT a computerized anything. Sometimes I skip right through that and would rather talk to some representative who'll help me out and listen then pressing some f-ucking buttons. That makes me mad.

I really don't like that, now when I call, if I get a computer response, I automatically say "operator"or "representative" so that I am connected to live person.

yes sadly technology is not always a good thing....the worst is when you have to get ahold of an aol representative, or a hp guy...you'll either get a animated teller, or some guy from india who cant speak any english...in which case you end up getting farther with the answer machine...

Those phone trees drive me nuts. I groan every time I run into one, and it seems that more and more offices are utilizing that type of phone contact. I have tried hitting the "O" repeatedly, trying to get a human...sometimes it works, but more often it doesn't.

I hate that so muuuccchhhh!!!!! It seems like society interacts less and less as time goes by. Besides a robot can't answer your question 99% of the time. Except Sears i like that robot lol.
