Only certain countries have a ban, you don't see it on them at all the tracks...

You can't advertise tobbacco products in an American sanctioned event like Nascar or AMA racing, but Moto GP is run by the FIM, which is European. This is also why Formula 1 allows tobbacco products to sponsor racers.

The ban is just for races broadcast on network television, the stations you can get with an antennae.

Its only been banned on TV advertisements, and magazines... but i didn't know that they had what ever it is ur talking about... if it really bothers you that much... write ur local congress person.
