I mean gut feeling. I get that every so often and it never fails to be a bad day. I go into work with a possitive attitude and tell myself it will be a good day but it still goes wrong.

Ya, all the time. But i wake up, go to school with a whatever attitude and it turns out to be an ok day after all. It never fails when your felling good and the exact opposite happens like something bad. Heres your problem, your telling yourself its going to be ok. Just forget about the whole gut feeling or accept the bad day thing, cause remember the opposites gonna happen!----Did you understand anything I said? Ya, me neither. Hope it helps.

Oh, yes. I remember one morning I woke up and put my bare feet on the floor and there was a ginormous spider like, inches away from my foot. I forced it out of my mind. Then I took a shower and went into the laundry room to grab some clothes that I'd washed the night before and there was another fattie spider hanging out on top of the dryer. Whatever. Then I put on my jacket and did one last mirror check before I left for work...another freaking spider. ON ME. I knew that it was going to be a bad day at that point...you can force one spider encounter out of your head, but not three in an hour. And no, my house is not infested with spiders, it was just a bad day. Hell, maybe it was the same spider.

This is probably caused by something you have in the back of your head or something coming up in the future you could have anxiety about. What you need to do is resolve that one issue and get past it. If this is not the case, its proven that the weather can affect your mood for the day. Even though you want to feel happy, you will still be affected by your natural mood at that time. If you wake up that way, I would suggest eating a good breakfast, don't rush yourself to work and do something to calm you down... best of luck!

Even though you went to work with a positive attitude , you began the day with that notion that it was going to be a "bad day". Your brain didn't know you changed your mind , so it ran with the first notion . From now on , KNOW that every day is going to be a great one . It can change your life .

Oh my god yes!!! Last time was on the anniversary of my mothers death and once I woke up I knew the day would be terrible. The day swung by and guess what, no problems. I was on my way home, and wham, some lady smashed into my car. You just know these things.

A friend and I were just talking about it the other day. I am kind of torn between the concept of our intuition telling us to prep for a bad day as a pre-meditated type thing, or between setting ourselves up for a bad day. I mean our thoughts can become our actions. Do we actually cause a bad day by thinking it? I dunno as I said i'm caught in the middle of the two.

For me it's hard to tell if I will have a bad day or not. I am so busy to even notice. I have 3 kids so I make it what I can. Stay positive, it may be hard but try to.
