Because they don't want to admit they're really nasty for eating raw fish. That's just gross, nomatter how much Saki you have.

Probably because most people here don't eat sushi, so they think they are different and cool. Or maybe they just like it and want others to enjoy it too. Or maybe they think if they make a big deal about it then they will be recognized for setting a trend or something....

LOL that's funny I never thought of it that way, I just don't get the sushi craving, I don't like the taste, the fact that most of it is raw fish, and more importantly, the fact that there is absolutely no way you can eat that with class... so funny if people think it makes them cool... cuz it makes them look bad when they eat.
