How can I access Yahoo E-Mail Alert for new e-mails?

Should be in your Yahoo - Mail/OPTIONS (look on the page, it's there)..... and you'll be able to access some options.

I get my Yahoo Alerts through messenger.. if you're logged into Messenger everytime you have a new mail it tells you but I think that's the only way to do it, if there is another way then I don't know it.
