ok im latina i work for human resources at my job. i just let go of 40 people which all are of hispanic orgin and i know for a fact they did they job but i was told to make up false preports about them or i would lose my job. they are americans but dont get treated the same so i know they wasnt illegal. ok know where i work everyone is predominately white and im the only latina what do you think about this.do you think these white people are racist.

What you and your company did is illegal, report it to your ethics team. If there is retaliation call the media.

If you were asked to make false reports about them, then that means they were fired for something other than their performance. The fact that all of them happened to be hispanic seems to me to be a big indicator that racism was a big factor.

And you should feel less of a human for doing what you did....especially to people of your own race. Not that it matters what race they are, because you lied and let them go, but still. You are a hypocrite. You're no better than the people who ordered you to do what you did.

No, every person of color including myself thinks that white folks are being rude but i don't think that's the case. I think we just program ourselves to think they are being that way.

report them....if you make up false reports you can be prosecuted too, even if you were just doing what your bosses told you to do.
