Ok so recently I found out I was pregnant, then I got my pms, at first I thought it was spotting cause it didnt hurt as bad and it wasnt much blood at all, then today I realized Im pmsing, the only diffrence is I usually am in ALOT of pain during pms, but Im not hurting atm. A while ago I felt this really heavy bleeding so I got worried and looked, I kept bleeding hard for around 1min, just no pain :/. Maybe its just pms right?

You will be able to tell by the amount of blood and pain.
You will bleed a lot longer with a miscarriage as well.
Period blood- Dark red/brown
Miscarriage blood-Bright red with lots of clotting.

spotting is dark brown spots and very little blood!!! It doesn't even cover a pantyliner.
PMS is like a normal period with cramps and the whole nine!
Miscarriage- sometimes no pain is involved just bright red bleeding!! Depending upon how far along you are, you may notice clots in the blood, but the bleeding does get heavier! Some women experience extreme pain that causes them to hunch over or stay on bedrest!!! Others don't experience any bleeding at all!
I didn't experience bleeding or pain when I had my first miscarriage that led to having a D & C. With the second one, it seemed like a late, light period!!!
It just depends on the woman! The symptoms, pain, and bleeding varies from woman to woman! Contact your doctor immediately and maybe you should just go ahead and go to the Emergency Room if you can't get in to see your doctor!!

spotting: small amounts of blood, most not enough to use a pad.
Pmsing: usually means Bitchy,
Miscarriage: you have to be pregnant. and you will bleed and cramp alot, so much that you will freak out, the clots you will pass are bout the size of a tennis ball.

If you are losing a kid you would be in serious pain with more than just a few spots of blood.

go to the doctor, they will tell u. if u r pregant and spotting it doesnt mean u r losing a child. it can mean that your cervix is expanding and moving to comfortably let the fetus attach itself to you. if u r just on your period and spotting, most likely its your hormones...anything can make u spot; stress, change in diet, excercise...every womans body is different you know..taking advice from others is not always accurate and u should see a doc anyway

omg, immediately go see your doctor. is hard to tell specially if you're in the first trimester. sometimes during this time you tend to spot, or miscarriage.
