I'm not pointing fingers, but if someone wanted to cheat the system, it'd be fairly simple. You could make two user accounts, ask questions with one while answering with another, then give yourself the bet answer.
Failing that, answer questions that have very few answers, namely under topics that most people aren't interested in. This increases the chances of you getting the best answer.
Or third option, try really, really hard to help people out by giving concise answers. And it wouldn't hurt to spend a lot of time on here, answering lots of questions.
