The problem is Matt Millen. This is what happens when check writters hire friends instead of hiring the best.
Take note the Bush Cabinet, and the Detroit Lions. They both have the same philiosophy on hiring management types: Friends and benefactors over qualified people with credentials. The results are ALWAYS the same.
