As for henna, here is a simple instruction: Clean the area you want a painting on, and swab it with eucalyptus oil diluted with water. After the application, the henna paste needs to stay on the skin for at least 4 hours. The longer its left, the longer it'll last. You can also use temporary tattoo ink instead of henna :)
