Iknow my abs are tight after a really long session of laughing. Also just as good if not better is coughing. Not my favorite thing in the world but it works.
Lets add some Frangelico to that coffee!

Yes, you can! Subtract 10 crunches for every 1 minute of good belly laughing. It's so much more fun, too, isn't ?
