I'm going on vacation to Cairo next month, and I need to find somewhere where I could still catch the rugby matches! Help!

There are a couple of sports cafes in cairo, 1 of them is In Mohanseen - Batal Ahmed street and another 1 in Helipolis, not sure about its address. But, the probability they will be airing a rugby match is almost nil, no body in this part of the world watches Rugby. I would strongly recommend you try a hotel lounge or the British Community Association.Their number is 348-1358.
To be honest, I am also not sure if any of the cable or satellite channels here will be airing the match. Check Showtimearabia.com, if it airing, then I would recommend a visit to the British Association.
