Your best bet is to use pre-seed, which is a special lubricant, and to have intercourse every other day or every two days. This way your husband will have a chance to rebuild his sperm count and have a better chance of conceiving. Also try monitoring your ovulation as this willl tell you the prime days that you are fertile. Try this website www.mymonthlycycles.com. It helps you determine your fertile days by calculating ovulation, periods, and charting your luteal phase. This website just helped me conceive my first baby! Good luck to you, and hope this helps!

I feel like I have typed this 100 times but it is worth it. :)

The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility has an entire section on dealing with a low sperm count and TTCing. It also has valuable info that can help you make sure that all of those spermies are getting in there at the right time. You have to make everyone count right? :) Good Luck!!!

maybe there are some hormones he can take. go see a fertility specialist.

i've also heard it's better to have sex with woman on bottom. afterwards hold your legs up or pull them into your chest to make sure the sperm gets in there good. Sounds like a wives tale but i read it somewhere...can't remember.

Also have him wear boxers, not briefs or boxer briefs. He needs some coolness down there.

Talk to the doctor first and formost, but avoid having sex on the days that you're least fertile. Be careful how many times in a day you do it too. His body has to replenish itself after he has sex, and you don't want his body to "get behind" on making sperm.

Let him c d doctor for a fertility drug.Make love during your ovulation period; and always make sure he ejaculates while u are lying on your back. Make sure YOUR LEGS ARE BENT BACKWARDS, and stay in that position for a quite some time. I read it in a book. I've seen many people try it and it worked.
I have also tried it.

some women feel slight pain while ovulating, this indicates that they are releasing an egg. if they undergo intercourse at that time within 12 hrs then chances of becoming pregnant are maximum. otherwise do intercourse 14-16 days before your upcoming period

Start practicing Natural Family Planning (NFP)! This will teach you how to track your most fertile times during the month (which changes both from woman to woman and also for one woman every month!) More info is here: http://ccli.org/nfp

He could try taking vitamin C and not having hot baths, that might help his count. And stop smoking if he is smoking.
