They smoke drugs in front of and behind the house. They have people banging on their door all hours of the night. They leave their stupid storm doors open all the time, letting roaches in. Because of them I have to do a fogger for roaches all the time and I found one in my bathroom 3 months ago!Their children are always screaming and playing outside alone. Now, their bad*** kids pulled my beautiful prickly pears off of my cactus. I have had it!

Sounds like it's time for anonymous phone calls to the police. Espeacilly if there are children there. That's not very safe and the kids could end up getting hurt. If they get too many complaints, the owners of the building or property will ask them to leave. But what ever you do, don't confront them yourself. They sound dysfunctional and may become violent.
P.S. Don't make the phone calls from your home phone because of course they are traced and officers have been known to say "Your neighbor is complaining about you."

They sound a bit scary, so be careful, but you might want to tip off the police that their doing drugs. And if people are coming to their door at all hours of the night, I can't say for sure, but I bet it's because they're selling drugs. Also, if you think their kids are in danger, report them to Children Services.
I don't know how bad they keep the outside of their house, but if it's really horrible, you can call the city on them. I had to do that for my parents because they had these neighbors who were just nasty! I mean it was bad, causing rats and everything! And it's a really nice neighborhood, but these people moved in and just started destroying it. The city forced them to clean up the house, and made them pay out all this money to the city, and they never knew who called on them.

here's a home remedy for roaches and mice that is safe for people and pets and doesn't require closing down the house.
take some instant potatoes and mix in a little powdered sugar, just enough powdered sugar for taste. put the bowl in the cabinets under sinks and in corners and stuff like that. the roaches and mice eat the instant taters and then get thirsty, they go drink, the taters expand and pooof the roaches sorta explode but they don't like go off like popcorn. it also kills the baby roaches that they're carrying.
i know this aint gonna help you with your neighbors, but it will help with the roaches and you won't have to bomb the house no mores.

Keep calling the cops until they are eliminated from your neighborhood altogether. Tell them just what you've stated here about the drugs, kids playing unsupervised, etc. Especially if you have children of your own, you don't want them growing up seeing that kind of stuff. If you're in a bad neighborhood, maybe you should reconsider moving.

when they are smoking pot call annonimous to your police department non emergency number and report them
every time they do it you must call so police will keep an eye on the house that worked for me and they force my neighbors to move (they were renting) so the police also contacted the owner.it took like 9 months but they move.
there should be a code enforcement office on your city call city hall and ask for their phone # and complain of filthy house DIAL * 69 BEFORE CALLING .

I have one I would like to get rid of too! Last month he told my kids to quit playing in the water at my house because they were wasting it. It's not like the water wasn't going back in the yard to water it.! He waters his lawn every day! Had there been a watering ban or something I would not have let them do it.

The police are good start especially while they are smoking next child protective services for unattended children if all else fails there are people for hire
