I'm 21 years old, and have really sensitive, oily skin, but I want a facial. I was wondering if it would break out my face or what?

Yes, go get a facial. You will absolutely love it. When you go to your appointment you can tell your facialist that you have sensitive skin. They have products that are made just for sensitive skin. After your first facial you will probably break out because it draws out impurities from under the surface. This is what you need. Ask your facialist how often she would recommend that you get a facial. It takes time for you to get optimum results but you will be so much better off if you continue taking good care of your skin.

You could break out the first time. That is normal because your skin is purging and trying to kick out the bad stuff. That said, try a facial every month. My skin is oily and gets better when I get a facial monthly.

there are facials for people with oily skin. You'll probably break out right after you get it because that's normal. Talk to the people at the spa when you get there. And since you have sensitive skin, dish out for a good spa.

no if anything it would make your skin look and feel better and regulate a bit. there is usually a different type of facial for each skin type including sensitive try go to a salon that does marine products as there very gentle on the skin

Just tell the person who does your facial what your skin type is, and they will most likely find one that will work on your face perfect!

Ok for this you can ok you will tell them that you have very oily skin. They will apply a mask that will open your porse and make you skin really light and soft. I loveed it the first time that I had it done it cleans your face better then anything that you can get.

Tell the person who would give you the facial. They are trained and would most likely know if it would hurt your sensitive skin. People on this site are not trained to do so. Good luck!!

It may cause your face to break out...but it depends on the facial. Go to someone you trust and don't get one before a big event...do it just before a weekend.

If anything it would help your skin. Talk to the lady who does the facials , an explain to her what your problem is , She will def. bw able to help you.

if you go to a spa, they should know what types of oil and scrubs to use on your face. ask them.
