I would like to know what is used to cut cocaine that is strong and burning and stinks. Friend almost died!?

A friend almost died from it and his nasal passages are burnt.........can anyone help by answering ?

It wasnt my nose.........unfortunatlely am taking care of friend who nose it was.........what is the caulk stuff?

You need to share more detail. People will say drugs are evil and blah blah blah.. but the reality is every substance that enters your body has an effect on you. You can OD from water. He may have overdosed or been using it in combination with something else or had a pre-existing condition. When you use recreational drugs especially if sourced from a stranger you play a dangerous game of roulette. Cocaine itself is dangerous but if it is adulterated or something else completely you are in trouble. Being a powder it may have been anything. The coroners will find out what was in his blood at death and the cause of death. On that information you will know more of how and what happened. Right now you just have to grieve and take it easy. Sorry about your friend. Lots of people use drugs for fun and other reasons. Be safe.

Cocaine and Meth processing is a way to brush with disaster ..

Meth makers use a variety of chemicals Sulfuric Acid, Anhydrous ammonia, on ad naseum. Mind you I once played with chemistry sets and dabbled in the white powders when I was young and dumb but it is sure way to land yourself in an early grave or jail.
Lye among other chemicals is used to eliminate the pulp, and reduce the stuff to it's chemical component akyloids.

The substances used for the reduction require good knowledge of chemistry and thorough understanding of handling hazardous materials. These chemicals are general more dangerous then the substance being manufactured.

Don't play with fire unless you are willing to get burned.. He is lucky he is alive.

I think legalization of pharmaceuticals such as cocaine and Meth would reduce the opportunity for bathtub manufacturing. While these drugs are dangerous, I've come across meth labs in old farms while hunting in rural areas. I quickly back away and call the sheriff so they can dispatch Hazmat.

Probably hydrochloric acid. After the cocaine gets extracted from leaves, it's precipitated as a hydrochloride crystal. HCl sells under the consumer name "muriatic acid" and can be purchased from pool cleaning suppliers.

When inhaled, it does exactly what happened to your friend. That was very dangerous and ignorant...

Normally it is cut with Talc Powder, Aspirin and sometimes Industrial Dry Caustic Soda!!
