Bwaaahaa haaaaaaaaaaaa It means this kid has a warped sense of humor. In the movie Apocolypse now Gene Hackman wanted to go surfing because " Charley dont surf" I also dont believe that Charles Manson would have murdered all those people had he been a surfer.

Well, could be a twisted reference to the song by the Clash. The line was from Apocalypse Now, right? Anyway, tying Charles Manson in is probably just a little inspired lunacy.

This is a play on words from the movie Apocalypse Now. In that movie, there is scene where they take a beach, partly because there is good surfing there with the famous line, "Charlie Don't Surf". This involves a slaughter of the Vietnamese. One of several depicted in the film.
The play on words here is the sentiment that soldiers in Vietnam were acting like homicidal psycho killers, cut from the stripe of people like Charles Manson.
This is, of course, an outright lie and propaganda spread by people who, quite frankly, would like to see the US destroyed by REAL homicidal psycho killers like almost all communists are....but that is another story.
It's pretty pathetic that many leftist ****** jackasses wear shirts like this to be cool....and have absolutely no friggin idea of the meaning. Sorta like those other jackasses wearing the Che Guerva t-shirts. Few to none of them know that he was a torturing psychotic loser. They worship this commie scumbag because they think it is cool. I wonder how cool his victims think he was.
