I have good experience with LinkSys and Norton.
After we moved, I had problem setting up our home network. They were both very courteous on the phone (the case of LinkSys) and very responsive in returning my email inquiry (Norton).
Good customer services are hard to come by any more. I really appreciated their help.

When I receive good service I tip, leave happy ,feel good about myself,and enjoy the rest of my day.

In Korea, at any restaurant...they are so hospitable and make sure you eat well.
Also at the hair dresser, they gave the best shampoo head massage and even massaged my neck and back...loved it.
