I love Sprint. I have an awesome phone that can do everything but launch a space craft. I never have problems calling in to customer service and getting something done for me. And the online info for your account is easy to use and can do just about anything you need......so you DONT have to call them for help.

I am in the Dallas, Texas area and I have had Sprint phones for 8 years. I have not had a problem with the service.

NO, NO, NO!!!!!!! They signed me to a 2 yr contract knowing there was no service tower in my area. my phone dropped more calls than it made. I maxed the dropped call reports out for the month (25) in a week, got new (better) phones 3 times, and antenae boosters, etc. Still, no Service most of the time, and dropped calls all the time. I wound up cancelling the service, and fought with them for 6 months about paying for service I didn't have. They finally explained that if I would be patient, they would be installing a service tower in my area in about ( months. after months of fighting over early disconnect fees, etc, they finally settled with me for about 1/2 of what I owed if I paid immediately. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

i would have to say that overall sprint has done a good job.
i have a n older plan that gave 300 base and blocks of 100 for 5$. i have looked high and low for a better deal with no luck.
they are quick to handle billing problems and i have had a few mistakes on my bill that were taken care of with no problem.
also has a great call area, in other words unless you are in the boonies reception is good

No. Lousy coverage. When it works, it's fine, but dead spots abound.
