Nothing will ever be fair, what we may think is fair to one person may be harmful to someone else. ;)

People just aren't born equal and don't develop equal - everyone has a different set of circumstances, but everyone has got the power to work and achieve whatever they want(within reason). It isn't fair, it never could be and that is kinda sad - but there is nothing you can do about it and if you look on the bright side the world isn't as unfair as it is wonderful and full of opportunity!

Fair ? Unfair ? actually quite vague,
Kids think it is unfair to have to eat veggies at dinner instead of candy or go to bed instead of staying up late. And adults valuations of fair & unfair don't change a whole lot. Maybe a better question would be specific and about justice or injustice.

There is only one answer to this question...... money

If it wasnt for money everyone would be equal, nobody would be greedy or demanding, people would not be streesed and we would all be able to have what we want as everything would be free.
