Once you reach a level where it says asking questions is unlimited, do you still lose 5 points every time you ask one?

yes honey you do, but the trick is asking lots so that you can throw those 10 points peoples way...then you have lots of folks returning the favor, so you actually gain more points in the long run...damn my finger is tired now!
