my doctor found a cyst in my ovary. im 11 weeks pregnant. Can the cyst have caused a false positive pregnant response on my urine test?

No. Cysts do not procude HCG. Only a pregnancy can do that. Have you had a blood pregnancy test? Cysts are quite common and usually nothing to worry about. If you had an ultrasound to see your cysts, didn't they check to see if a fetus was growing too? You're able to see the fetus as early as 5-6 weeks.
