I ask, because you can't murder yourself, and since it's not you doing the killing, can it be suicide?

Interesting question...if you are in America, assisted suicide is illegal. It is also illegal to murder someone one. With those two laws, I would say it is illegal to take a hit out on yourself.

But if the hit man succeeds...you have no worries and it is what they do.

Living is usually better.

Yes. In the U.S., suicide is illegal. I think that would qualify as suicide.
