I actually intoduced myself and what I'll be presenting. I actually typed my report, cut it, folded it up, numbered it, and put it in a bag of goodies and told each person to read it when it was time...I also elaborated if I had to...I also showed pictures over head or power pointed them too...also I had the actual product passed around. And a big plus was that they enjoyed it, I didn't really have to talk much, every body had a treat, and there was a bonus prize. Who ever had a certain color pin in their goodie bag won a snow globe from the dollar store...Everyone loved it
