The only software that I know of that will do it for sure is called "Record Anything". ANYTHING that you can hear through your speakers can be recorded with this program in either .wav or .mp3 format. You actually have to play the song out as if you were listening to it, and then use the program to record the song. It's a trial version. Refer to this link:

i-tunes can convert most file formats 2 wav. or aiff.
