first find your way to the pond in other words near wear you found sara.Play sara's song and he should move out of your way.

how do you get TO him? the boy is in the town that you started the game in. remember, you need to be an adult.
hopefully, you have the hookshot, because you'll need it in the forest temple. if you don't have it, you need to race dampe in the graveyard. pull gravestones to find the hole to fall in, and then you'll have to race him. when you win, you get the hookshot
anyway. go back to the kokiri town, and try to get into the lost woods. the bully is blocking you, but will let you pass if you play saria's song. once inside, defeat a few foes. at the end of the path, shiek will teach you a warping song, to get to the kokiri forest. beyond that point is the forest temple - inhabited by ghosts
