Hi! I just had quite an interview with three people (all already hired) and they barely let me put in a word edgewise...What I'm curious about is are there any key words or phrases that may indicate "how you did?"

Thanks = )

I don't know that there are any key words or phrases, but definitely key signs. For example, if the interview moves towards a more relaxed, personal discussion/tone (moved by the interviewer not the interviewee); it is usually a good sign that they are satisfied. Also, if they didn't let you get a word in edgewise because they were touting the benefits of the company or job; then it may be that they already were satisfied with you and instead of you selling yourself, they were selling the company to you. In any event, good-luck!

Hmm ... I don't think there are any "key words" for your situation. Honestly, it sounds like you had some poor interviewers! An interview should be a dialogue - where you get to learn about the company and the company gets to learn about you.

Sometimes the interviewers talking a lot can indicate a good interview - but it can also hide that they aren't interested. I hate to say that, but it's true.

Best of luck ... try to follow up in a day with a "Thank you" note and hope for the best!!!

They made an offer!!!! Call them to find out how you did!! If you really want the Job, Some employers need a little kick to get them on the ball. I have found that alot of interviewers are NOT really prepared to interview. Communications is the best approach.....Call them back ...and often un til you get a responce...the sooner you know ..the sooner you can make your dicition and move on...Good luck!!!
