Found a nedal in a friends bag, she told me it was for her inserlin!! She doesnt take insurlin... should i be worryed?? what is she using it for????

modern insulin injections come in many forms but mostly a 'pen' injector,,not noticable at first as an actual needle,,this does not necessarily mean she is lying but if you need to know,,,,drugs used with needles,,herion,cocaine,amphetamins,pcp,are the usual,,there are others but it does take a crafty mind to turn them into a soluable and this takes time she may not have,,a needle doesnt definately mean she is a user of any of these things,,,you should look for other signs,,matches or lighters with carbon build up on them,,spoons,jiff lemon or citric crystals,foil,alcohol sterile wipes,,all drugs come with accessories so it is them you need to keep an eye out for.

Diabetics use needles to inject insulin. I use them to inject vitamin B12. Thosr are the only at home medical uses I'm aware of, if you are concerned talk to her or her other friends to see if they know mor. Some people are wmbarrassed about being diabetic. If you suspect illegal drug abuse is occuring try talking to your parents or school counselor for advice. You do not need to give names until you are comfortable doing so.
