For me, it is maintaining communication. I have friends who I talk to from time to time, but I would love to be able to connect better with them. Through changing jobs, marriage (or dating), having kids and moving, keeping in touch with friends is getting harder and harder!

You're right, it is very difficult to keep friendships going, but it takes two! I have friendships from junior high and high school still alive and kicking', and it is hard!! The internet has helped a great deal, and my dear friends plan a get together every couple of months.....it takes all of you to work together......don't take it all on yourself! On a personal level, the hardest thing I find to do with my friends is to be honest and try not to hurt their feelings; that's REALLY hard, but in the end they come back and say thanks!

The hardest thing for me is lying to them. I wouldn't be able to face them. I try to never lie to my friends. It will soon be found out and then u loose a good friend.

well , letting them down. its really awkward. my freind n my other freind , becaa n jenny , were going to sing a song togather at the talent auditions at sxchool , but jenny thought that she shud do it on her own and it was painful to watch the letting downness
