Nobody on here knows you, your husband, or the kind of relationship you both share. So, getting the "right" answer, is impossible.
I don't recommend staying in a marriage, when you're utterly unhappy. It's highly unhealthy, not just for you, but for all parties involved. Don't make things about your ex. I'm assuming you had a somewhat happy relationship with your ex, for you to be missing it in times of need, but maybe that's all it is. Maybe you're comparing your environments, and not what you actually felt for both men, as individuals.
Who knows? Only you do.

Work on the marriage first. You made a commitment so don't give up without trying. It is difficult to maintain feelings of love when u have been together for a long time. You can try conselling ... there is also some sites with good marriage building advice :

hell no, thats completly counter productive to your heath, Marriage is hard and you have to work at it. So kee p tryin but If he causes you tha much distress, move on. Its the twentyfirst century Divorce is perfectly fine. People falll out of love just as fast a the fell in
