If you're talking about how they do not use all fair trade coffee but still talk about it, well, the fact is that the supply demand curve of fair trade coffee is not ready for Starbucks to go 100%.
I'd rather go to a small independent place any time, but Starbucks is not bad for a giant coffee corporation.
