Dude, you seriously should. I used to wear contacts and hated it when going to the beach. I once lost a contact while surfing and had to drive back home without a contact. It sucked. I hated going to sleep blind and waking up blind. Theres nothing quite like having your vision restored to 20/20 once again. I say go for it. I would do it all over again if my eyes went bad. Just make sure you research who the specialist is going to be and their record of successful surgeries prior to doing it. A little homework is always good.

oh yes, I did it 2 years ago and see better than I did with contacts or glasses. I only wish I had done sooner. But, research, research, research. Ask for references. and remember don't try to get by cheap. If the price is too good to be true, I would be wary.

if u r a candidate, ABSOLUTELY!! i did it last year, i wore glasses for over 25 years.... best gift i ever gave myself!!!! ur life will change and u will be thrilled!! it took no time at all, didnt hurt, andi could see WITHOUT my glasses that day!! I LOVE LASIK!
