Grandma, who's apparently doing well, seems to be showing that she is protecting this unborn child. A Guardian! :-)
- Your sister will have to decide what the color red means to her as this is a communication between your sister and your Grandma. But I get a sense that the vivid color red is as much about the vitality of life as anything else. Perhaps by showing up in these colors, she is giving your sister the heads up about the wondrous personality of this unborn being.
- Blessings on you! Congrats on the baby. (Is it a girl?)

Red = warning, danger,
Dreaming of deceased grandmother or dead relatives could mean a reminder of some sort. In your case, your sister dreams about the baby could mean a warnng of some sort from your grandmother. Maybe while she was alive, she said something to your sister about baby to trigger her to dream about that. This recurring dream has to do with your grandma because she is in the picture. it is probably about life in general especially your sister's Has she done anything wrong in the eyes of your grandmom? She will know better ..

I think pregnant women dream more, at least I did. I had dream during my first pregnancy that I was having a boy and when he was delivered he was the size of a 2 year old and could walk and talk. I had that same dream like a dozen times. Needless to say he weighed 5 pounds 9 ounces at birth. Maybe in her heart she just really misses your grandma and that is why she dreams of her.

A lot of people believe that when a new life comes into a family someone dies either just before or right after to balance out the family. Your grandma's spirit could be coming to your sister in a dream letting her know that everything is fine. It's just a guess.

Your grandmother could be trying to tell her she will be reborn in the baby.
