As they say, white spirit should do it, or if it is a case of do or die, paint stripper, but what they don't say is that you should remove the white spirit/stripper with a dabs of washing up liquid then wash in the normal way

What Ho !
If it is emulsion, ie water-based, just wash it normally. If it is gloss - oil-based, rub a bit of white spririt on the patch.
It will stink a bit for a while, so then bung it in the wash.

water based paint like emulsion will wash out,for oil based like gloss paint try white sprit or nail vanish remover.

turpentine or white spirit. rub on the affected area until the paint has gone. it stinks a bit mind so the garment will need a good few washes before the smell lifts

depends on its colour :P [on my clothes brown are on the whole from chocolate...] but honestly if it is an emulsion it will go in a normal was, but if it is an oil paint you'll need terpentine or petrol

A cigarette lighter works miracles.
If the stain is particularly stubborn a soaking in petrol first will help loosen the paint.

If it's oil based then white spirit should do it.
