Absolutely not!!!! It doesn't matter what the birth certificate says. If DNA proves he's not the father, he doesn't have to pay sh it!!!

If he's not the biological father, he does NOT have to pay ANY child support.
By the way, there is no percentage of fatherhood other than 0% or 100%. You either are or you're not.

I think its depends on the state and the judge. He would have to challenge it because in the states eyes, the wellbeing of the child is first priority. He accepted responsibility at birth. He needs a lawyer.

He dont need to pay the money. DNA must prove hes the father in order for him to be obligated to pay. Its like u paying for a car that's not ur's can anyone obligate u to pay??
