I don't know if cats sense pregnancy, but you should be very careful around your cats. They carry a bacteria called toxiplasmis that could be very harmful to your fetus. Never change their cat litter box or dig in the yard where they have done their business.
The sickness will pass soon. Give it another month. Ask your doctor what to do or take to ease it.

They probably can, I know my dog did but he was more of staying away from me because he was Mr.Jelousy.
Seeing as you have cats you should really read up on having cats while pregnant or when you have a baby, they can be harmful if the proper percautions are not made.
One thing you should not do is be around the litter box, i would suggest your husband or boyfriend change it.
Here are two sites about cats and pregnancy and having a baby around them

I have a cat and he did the same thing. Its said that the cat will stay near toward the end and will not leave your side right before you deliver. They can tell because your smell has changed.

I've had 3 kids, and never notice that behavior pattern from my cats, but I will tell you this. Steer clear of handling cat liter, as the dust may cause fetal harm, refer to your OB/GYN for more details.

I think they must know. I was recently pregnant and my cat would rub against my stomach, he became far more affectionate. Before I got pregnant he would not ever come to me unless I had food.

I hear ya. Thank god I was not sick with my first pregnancy, but with my second I was so sick that I wanted to die and it lasted months. I told hubby that if I had been this sick with my first I never would have done it again. And to answer your question my dog was very attentive to me when I was pregnant and sat with his head on my stomach and was constantly smelling me. He did not do this with my second pregnancy though? He probably thought, "oh no, not again" lol

Yes they know when your pregnant. I never owned a cat but they always seem to appear on my front porch all the time.

You know, I think they can! My cat went crazy every time he came around me. He would be calm with my fiance, but with me...I couldn't get him to settle down! He was fine before I got pregnant...but as soon as I was pregnant (even before I knew I was) he got all hyper! So, I think there might be something to that.
