"You are shizel" is the same as saying " you are the sh_t", you are the man, you are the woman, whatever, just steet talk..
or like the girl said above, "for shizel" they are saying "for sure".
it can mean a variety of things.

I thought it meant "for sure". Someone says something to you and you say, "For shizel!" You don't call someone shizel.

I think Snoop Dogg made up this term. He used to say, "Fa Shizel My Nizzel."
