Not psycial abuse, what needs must be met? What about the home they live in?

The home has to be considered safe. If its full of trash and clutter, and I dont mean just messy but FULL of trash, that can be neglect. There has to be food as well.

The type of home you live in should not matter, as long as it is kept clean, Of course, in the West Indies, some of them may not have a home like we do, and then again some have beautiful homes. yes some still have out side toilets, but that does not mean anything, as long as they are clean, and a lot of them are.
As long as the child has a good healthy up bringing, no mental abuse, is taught right from wrong. A lot of these kids, have a very structured upbringing!
